How Pacaso Access works
Program cost: One-time enrollment fee of €1,000 / £750
Use our app to discover and save exclusive listings. Once enrolled, download or update the Pacaso app to view listings only available to Pacaso Access buyers.
Shop VIP listings. Early access listings will be viewable in the app as they become available.
Pre-shop sold properties. Don’t miss your chance to own a sold-out Pacaso. Browse and save sold homes, and we’ll send an alert when a share is up for resale so you can take action.
Purchase and save. When you buy a Pacaso, you’ll receive £1,750 in credits at completion per ⅛ share purchased. Buyers of ¼ share will receive £3,500 in credits, and buyers of ½ share will receive £7,000 in credits.

Why are you offering the Pacaso Access program?
Pacaso Access provides an incentive to buyers and owners who want the most shopping options and guaranteed savings at completion. Hot listings can sell out fast, and resales often sell even faster. Pacaso Access buyers see listings sooner than website visitors and enjoy a minimum credit of £1,750 when they complete their Pacaso purchase.
Can I enroll at any time?
Participants can enrol anytime, but you must be enrolled in the program at least 30 days prior to purchasing a Pacaso to receive the credit at completion.
After I enroll in Pacaso Access, where do I browse listings?
Pacaso Access listings are available in our app. Once enrolled, download the Pacaso app, or update your existing Pacaso app to view listings and browse recently sold homes.
I am a current owner. Can I retroactively participate in Pacaso Access?
Participants must be enrolled in the program at least 30 days prior to purchasing their Pacaso to receive the credit at completion. If you plan to buy another Pacaso in the future, as many owners do, you are welcome to participate and take advantage of all the benefits for your next purchase.
How long are my Pacaso Access benefits available?
Pacaso Access benefits do not expire — you can take as long as you need to make your home purchase, and you will have access to sold homes, resale alerts and early access homes for the life of the program. The completion credit can be applied to one purchase only.
If I decide not to buy a Pacaso second home, is my enrollment fee refundable?
The Pacaso Access enrollment fee is non-refundable, but you can take as long as you need to find the right holiday home for you.
